By accessing this website or using Cards King, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

2. About the website and Cards King
The website provides information about 2AM Studio and its projects. Cards King is a mobile card-battling adventure currently in development. Features, artwork, release timing, availability, and technical requirements may change before or after release.
Nothing on the website is a guarantee that a particular feature or release date will remain unchanged.
3. Limited licence
Subject to these terms, 2AM Studio grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the website and, when available, install and use Cards King for private, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the website, the game, or any related intellectual property.
4. Acceptable use

- use the website or game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to interfere with security, availability, servers, networks, or another player’s experience;

5. Accounts, progress, and online features
If Cards King later offers accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, or other online features, you are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Additional feature-specific rules may be displayed in the game.
We may correct, reset, or remove game data when reasonably necessary to resolve errors, protect the service, or enforce these terms, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Purchases
If Cards King offers paid content or in-app purchases, transactions will normally be processed by the mobile platform or store. Prices, payment methods, taxes, billing, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by that platform’s terms in addition to applicable consumer law.
Unless required by law or the platform’s rules, digital content may not be refundable after it has been delivered or used.
7. Intellectual property
The website, Cards King, the 2AM Studio name, game title, characters, artwork, animations, audio, text, software, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to 2AM Studio and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not use our content beyond the limited licence granted in these terms without prior written permission.

If you voluntarily send us feedback or suggestions, you allow 2AM Studio to use them without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

The website or game may link to or depend on third-party stores, platforms, websites, or technical services. We do not control those services and their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not necessarily mean that 2AM Studio endorses the third party.

You may stop using the website or uninstall the game at any time.

15. Applicable law
